Fresh delivery of traditional flavors.
The Gelato Shoppe Petrini can deliver fresh and upon request any of our traditional gelato, sorbet or granite flavors.

Showcase ready pans.
For those establishments wishing to showcase the eyecatching gelato flavors to their clients (showcasing gelato to clients increases sales due to visual stimulation), The Gelato Shoppe Petrini can provide a limitless amount of gelato and a wide range of flavors to fill your case. We also provide unmarked cups and plastic spoons for takeaway. The Gelato Shoppe Petrini can assist in purchasing cases from a well-known and trusted company operating in the Broward-Dade area.

     •   Requirements for proper maintenance of gelato: a gelato showcase must keep gelato frozen at -14 degrees celcius or 8.6 degrees Farenheit.

Pre-prepared Gelato Cups and Sundaes.
Ideal for small cafes and candy stores. The Gelato Shoppe Petrini can prepare gelato cups in 5 oz and 16 oz portions of any traditional flavor.

     •   Minimum order: $100
     •   Requirements for proper maintenance of gelato: any size commercial ice cream freezer that can maintain the gelato at -14 degrees celcius or 8.6 degrees Farenheit.

All flavors are kosher and supervised by the ORB of Hollywood.

     •   Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of the shop.
     •   The minimum quantity for delivery is two pans.
     •   Gelato is delivered in reusable plastic containers.
