Board (ORB) of Hollywood. This supervision ensures the complete respect
of kashrut laws applied to dairy, cholov yisroel, and parve desserts. During the
Passover holidays, our recipes are modified to respect the
strictest dietary practices. Our kosher for Passover gelato and
